Maciej Sokolnicki takes a house from the first conversation and site analysis through the concept to the permit and construction drawings. Every house is designed individually: around light, views, proportion and materials that age well. No catalogue designs – with the precision of practice in Zurich.

Five stages, one architect responsible for the whole.
1. Consultation – a conversation about needs, the plot or apartment, budget and timing.
2. Concept – layout, massing or interior, materials and first visualisations.
3. Permit design – the documents and approvals needed for the building permit.
4. Construction drawings – the plans and details the contractor builds from.
5. Architectural supervision – on site, safeguarding quality until completion.
